We’ve got some exciting events lined up for you this fall and beyond!
Join us for Trick-or-Treating at the resort on October 31st as we celebrate Halloween in style. Bring your costumes, grab your candy bags, and let’s make this a spooky night to remember!
Then, mark your calendars for our Thanksgiving Community Potluck on November 23rd from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the community pavilion. Bring your favorite dish and join us for a warm and festive evening by the fire, surrounded by friends and neighbors. It’s the perfect way to celebrate the season together!

Get Ready for Campfires
Cool fall nights are made for campfires, and we’ve got you covered with plenty of firewood and fire starters available in the clubhouse. Don’t miss out on enjoying a cozy evening under the stars. Stop by the clubhouse to grab what you need!
Full-Time Cabin Rentals & Referral Program
We’re now offering full-time cabin rentals, and we’d love to help you or someone you know make Monkey Island their home! Refer someone who signs a full-time lease for a cabin or RV, and you’ll get $25 off your rent for one month. Let’s pick our neighbors and grow this amazing community together!
New Propane Services at Lower Rates
We’ve partnered with a new propane company to offer you better rates! As part of our enhanced service, we will now come directly to your site, pick up your propane tanks, have them filled, and return them full. Please note, we are not allowing propane tanks over 100 gallons for safety reasons. Stop by the clubhouse for more details on the new rates and services!

Our clubhouse hours have changed, but remember that one of us is always in the park, so don’t hesitate to call if you need anything!
Sunday: 9 AM - 2 PM
Monday: 9 AM - 2 PM
Tuesday & Wednesday: Closed
Thursday - Saturday: 9 AM - 5 PM
Meet Samantha & Jeremy
We’re happy to introduce Samantha, our new Clubhouse Manager, who will be helping Travis to make sure everything runs smoothly. She’s ready to assist with all your needs, so don’t hesitate to reach out to her!
A big shoutout to Jeremy, our Head Groundskeeper, for his amazing work keeping the park looking its best. Please help us out by keeping the areas around your RVs clean, as it makes mowing and maintenance much easier! Be sure to say thank you to Jeremy when you see him!

Phase 2 Expansion—Coming in 2025!
We’re thrilled to announce that Phase 2 of our resort expansion is underway and scheduled to be ready by Spring 2025! This expansion includes 24 modular homes and more tiny homes throughout the park, available for sale or Airbnb rentals. If you’re interested in investment opportunities or want to own a part of this exciting new chapter at Monkey Island, stop by the clubhouse to learn more!
