On-site Convenience Store
Forgot to bring your sunscreen to the lake? Whether you’ve run out of bug spray, need something for your RV or are craving something sweet, our on-site convenience store is, well, convenient.
Our convenience store carries a wide selection of items, including beer, ice, candy, snacks, ice cream, Dippin’ Dots, bug spray, sunscreen and some RV accessories to name a few.
Resort Clubhouse
From birthday parties to potluck dinners, our 2,500-square-foot clubhouse has plenty of room to accommodate our guests’ get-togethers. It’s also a great place to sit back and enjoy a cup of coffee while chatting with new RV friends or while reading the paper.
Overlooking, the swimming pool and recreational area, the clubhouse includes a full kitchen, restrooms, the convenience store and the resort office. The clubhouse will easily fit 25-30 people with ample parking in front of the building.
Large Playground Area
We love children at Monkey Island RV Resort. As a family-friendly resort, we have plenty of amenities your kiddos will love. After treating them to Dippin’ Dots ice cream in the convenience store, let them play off the sugar at our large playground area.
Children will find lots of sliding, climbing and adventurous fun as they run and play on our playground. They’ll stay busy and entertained, giving you a chance to relax and enjoy lake life.
As an added bonus, the playground area is covered in rubber mulch topped with astroturf so you don’t have to deal with mud or dirt begin tracked into your RV. A soft, almost “springy” area, the rubber mulch ground cover also provides a nice cushion on which children can safely run, jump and play while avoiding skinned hands and knees if they fall.
Pet-Friendly Resort
We love our fur babies and we know you love yours too. Monkey Island RV Resort welcomes the entire family, including your furry traveling companions. Our first-class dog park is shaded and fenced to keep the pups cool and safe as they run and play.
Outdoor Activities
Monkey Island RV Resort guests of all ages can enjoy some outdoor fun and get a little exercise playing basketball, yard Yahtzee, Jenga, and shuffleboard on our spacious sport court. We also have horseshoe pits and space for cornhole games. Guests can also check out the equipment in the clubhouse including indoor board games for those rainy days.
